ما البيانات التي نجمعها؟

تصفّح الموقع لا يحتاج أي بيانات منك. إن كان عدّاد الزوار شغّالًا نحفظ بصمة مشفّرة لا تدل عليك، تُمسح بعد يومين، ونستخدمها لعدّ الزيارات فقط. نجمع بياناتك فقط حين تتواصل معنا أو تشتري:

• الاسم — لنخاطبك به.
• رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني — للرد عليك وتأكيد طلبك. البريد مطلوب عند شراء الأكواد الرقمية لأن الكود يصلك عليه.
• ما تطلبه — الخدمة أو المنتج وتفاصيل مشروعك وملاحظاتك.
• بيانات تقنية بسيطة — عنوان الشبكة (IP) ووقت الإرسال والصفحة التي أرسلت منها. نستخدمها فقط لحمايتنا من الرسائل المزعجة والمتكررة.

وعند الشراء من أي متجر في الموقع (الخدمات، الأكواد الرقمية، الدورات، الهدايا، البنارات، الاستوديو والبودكاست) نحفظ أيضًا:

• عنوان التوصيل (للهدايا فقط) وكود الخصم إن استخدمته.
• سجل الطلب — رقم الطلب والمنتج والمبلغ وحالة الدفع، مع عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح وقت الطلب.

لا نستقبل ولا نحفظ بيانات بطاقتك. تكتبها داخل نموذج آمن تابع لبوابة الدفع (ماي فاتورة) يظهر في صفحتنا، ولا تمر على خادمنا. وبعض الوسائل مثل كي نت تفتح صفحة البنك نفسه.

لا نشغّل أي أداة تتبّع دون موافقتك. إن فعّلنا أدوات قياس يظهر لك شريط ملفات تعريف الارتباط أولًا، ولا يعمل شيء منها قبل أن توافق.

⚙ إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط — غيّر قرارك
موافقتك محفوظة في متصفحك لمدة سنة، وتُطلب من جديد إذا تغيّرت قائمة أدوات التتبّع.

كيف نستخدمها؟

• للرد على استفسارك وإرسال عرض السعر.
• لحفظ سجل بطلبك حتى لا يضيع إذا انقطع التواصل.
• لتنفيذ طلبك: تأكيد الدفع وإرسال الأكواد أو التسليم.

لا نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي دون موافقتك، ولا نبيعها أو نؤجّرها لأي طرف.

أين تُحفظ؟

تُحفظ على خادم الموقع في مجلد مغلق أمام العامة، ولا يطّلع عليها إلا فريقنا. لا نشاركها مع أحد إلا بوابة الدفع (ماي فاتورة): نرسل لها اسمك وهاتفك وبريدك (إن وُجد) ورقم الطلب والمبلغ لتنفيذ الدفع فقط. وتصلنا نسخة من طلبك على بريد الفريق، وعلى تليجرام الفريق إن كان مفعّلًا، كتنبيه بوصوله. وعند تشغيل فيديو مضمَّن من يوتيوب (أو ظهور صورته المصغّرة) يتصل متصفحك بيوتيوب مباشرة.

واتساب

زر «إرسال عبر واتساب» يفتح تطبيق واتساب على جهازك برسالة جاهزة. عند إتمام الإرسال تنتقل الرسالة عبر خدمة واتساب وتخضع لسياسة خصوصية واتساب. نحن لا نتحكم في تلك الخدمة.

مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ بطلبات التواصل 24 شهرًا ثم نحذفها. أما سجلات الطلبات فنحتفظ بها المدة التي تلزمها الحسابات والقانون ثم نحذفها. ويمكنك طلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت.

حقوقك

يحق لك في أي وقت أن تطلب:

• الاطّلاع على البيانات المحفوظة عنك.
• تصحيحها.
• حذفها نهائيًا.
• سحب موافقتك على معالجتها.

Who we are

Thebes International E-Commerce (trade name: Thebes International) — an advertising and digital marketing agency, trade license no. 262219504888. Our head office is in Kuwait, with branches in the UAE and Egypt. Website: thebes.media

What data do we collect?

Browsing the site needs no data from you. If the visitor counter is on, we keep an encrypted fingerprint that doesn't identify you, deleted after two days and used only to count visits. We collect your data only when you contact us or buy:

• Name — so we can address you properly.
• Phone number or email — to reply to you and confirm your order. Email is required when you buy digital keys, because the code is sent to it.
• What you ask for — the service or product, your project details and your notes.
• Basic technical data — your IP address, the time and the page you sent from. We use it only to protect us from spam and repeated requests.

When you buy from any store on the site (services, digital keys, courses, gifts, banners, studio and podcast) we also keep:

• Delivery address (gifts only) and the discount code if you used one.
• Order record — order number, product, amount and payment status, plus your IP address and browser type when you placed the order.

We never receive or store your card details. You enter them in a secure form from the payment gateway (MyFatoorah) shown inside our page, and they never pass through our server. Some methods, like KNET, open the bank's own page.

We run no tracking tool without your consent. If we turn on measurement tools, a cookie banner appears first and nothing runs until you agree.

⚙ Cookie settings — change your choice
Your choice is stored in your browser for one year, and is asked again whenever the list of tracking tools changes.

How do we use it?

• To answer your enquiry and send you a quote.
• To keep a record of your request so it is not lost if contact breaks off.
• To fulfil your order: confirm payment and send codes or deliver.

We never use your data for marketing without your consent, and we never sell or rent it to anyone.

Where is it stored?

Stored on our server in a folder closed to the public; only our team can see it. We share it with no one except the payment gateway (MyFatoorah), to which we send your name, phone, email (if any), order number and amount, only to process the payment. A copy of your order also reaches our team's email — and our team's Telegram if enabled — as an alert that it arrived. When you play an embedded YouTube video, or its thumbnail loads, your browser connects to YouTube directly.

WhatsApp

The "Send via WhatsApp" button opens WhatsApp on your device with a prepared message. Once you send it, the message travels through WhatsApp's service and is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. We do not control that service.

Retention

We keep contact requests for 24 months, then delete them. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and the law require, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

At any time you may request to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct it.
• Delete it permanently.
• Withdraw your consent to processing.

Children

Our services target businesses and adults; we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
